If you are considering renting your unit, please make sure you are familiar with the Rules and Regulations. This is addressed on page 13 of the Pier Resort Rules and Regulations in the Documents section of this website. The necessary forms are provided below. Associated fees are noted on the forms and should be submitted with the forms. Please provide a minimum of 15 business days for processing once the forms have been received.
